Returns and Refunds
Frontier Fireplaces’ product return policy is good for 30 days after original sale with required proof of purchase (limitations may apply). No returns can be accepted after 30 days however we may offer you a partial refund or product exchange at our sole discretion.
Products eligible for return must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received. All parts accessories including but not limited to screws, sealants, insulation etc must be present and in their original condition as well. All items must be in their original packaging.

- Custom Items or Accessories
- On Sale or Limited Time Products or Speciality Items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return has been shipped and received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are inspecting it (this process may take up to 10 days to complete). We will also notify you upon the approval or rejection of your refund request with reasons why, if rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, as they may have a hold or delay on your refund. If they are unable to help you and you still haven’t received your refund within 14 days of notice of refund approval. Please contact us at frontierfireplaces.com\contact.
Exchanges: (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for a similar item or product, contact us frontierfireplaces.com\contact.
Shipping:
Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location within the continental United States. Frontier Fireplaces is not responsible for delays in shipping due to inclement weather, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances out of our control.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
